🔁 Return Policy – Cleansa

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every Cleansa purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging

    • Clean and undamaged

    • Complete (including any accessories)

For hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@cleansa.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.


💸 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@cleansa.com with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it at no extra cost to you.


📍Return Address

You will receive the return address via email once your request is approved.
