To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

Clean and undamaged

Complete (including any accessories)

For hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
💸 Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@cleansa.com with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it at no extra cost to you.
